Supplements
Hello everyone!
Ive been searching NYF and couldnt find a solid list of supplements/vitamins to aid the Cohen Diet journey. Maybe I am not looking well enough. Im basically looking for a list of supplements to counter the effects that I have heard so far - dry skin, falling hair, missed periods. I asked the 1PD team and all they told me was Centrum or any good multivitamin with B6 under 5mg daily, Chromium, with no gluten, yeast, preservatives as content. I think this is not all that I can use? My main concern is hair fall. I already have thin hair! Thanks! |
