Default Peter 14.7 Diary : new me started 27 Feb 07

Today's Weight: 103.0kg (-0.4kg)
Total CMs Lost (updated Tues.): 6.25cm week 6.25cm total

Breakfast: 10:15am Poached on Asparagus
Snack: 12pm 2 Crispbread
Lunch: 3:15pm Chicken Sir Fry (chicken & spinach)
Snack: 5:45pm 2 Crispbread
Dinner: 8:30pm BBQ Style Steak (fillet with fresh chives, balsamic, roast tomato and spinach side)
Supper:
Fluids: 1 decaf coffee with sugarine, 1.5l water
Deviations: none

Having trouble doing 2 litre water let alone 4l as directed.
