normal eating
One thing that seems to be in common with people that finish refeed is that they put on some weight because they are on their own and they experiment with food and portion sizes, or they go back to old habbits. I would have thought one way to guarantee not to put the weight back on is to follow the structure of what is on the second week of refeed as a good guide and portion control. What do others think?
