Hello Everyone,
Im just wondering yesterday l miss calculated one of my meal times and ate 10minutes too early, it was a different protein, l had yoghurt for breakfast and tuna for lunch. Does this mean that it will take four days for my body to correct this? Plus l ate spring onions last week more than the two tablespoon limit. Would the same thing happen regarding my body correcting it?
I have read my guidelines so many times lm so surprised l missed that onion limit!
BTW, l had some really great results last week, l have dealt with the rebellious teenager for those of you that may have read my previous post
