old plan or Pre-Cohen's?
Hi There
I'm new 2 the boards, but old 2 Cohen's. Unfortunately I do not have a very successful story. I quit the first time when I was halfway 2 my goal weight, which would've been about 2.5 years ago. I am back 2 my old heaviest weight and have decided 2 save and get a new plan. My question is should I do the old plan now so I can drop some kilos by Christmas, or should I do pre-Cohen's for the next 2 months while I'm saving, and then start fresh in 2009 when I have my new plan. I am supposed 2 be on Tony Ferguson at the moment, but get bored on shakes really quickly, and the weight loss has been far from spectacular, especially when I compare it, knowing how much i can lose on Cohen's. thank u for ur advice peacock |
