Default 10kgs in 6 weeks - New Challenge - Start Date 23rd February - End Date 6th April 2009

Hi Everyone. LOL Im not waiting I thought I would post this thread and get another challenge happening.... Looking back at the last 10kg in 6 weeks we had alot of punters and if your all happy I would love to look out for all of us here and tally the tallies for each of us....

To make it easier (for those newbies and us oldies and for me in particular maybe just cut and paste this below and fill in the gaps and that way we have a tally and something to report back to by just cutting and pasting the updated results (with the reminder each time of your goal and rewards..... I want to go one better also to get us all thinking about our goal that we want to achieve by aiming for the big ten kgs off and a little reward.. LOL so I can keep a check on you all!

Start Date 23rd Febuary - End Date 6th April 2009
I will give everyone from now to Monday 8pm to submit a start weigh in and thereafter will update results every Tuesday (sometime) Those that want to weigh in on which ever other day thats fine if your not wanting to weigh on a monday providing we have final stats at end of 6th April..
I think to keep everyone interested I will check in though weekly!

Start Weight =
Week 1 - 2nd March
Week 2 - 9th March
Week 3 - 16th March
Week 4 - 23rd March
Week 5 - 30th March
Week 6 - Final weight

Happy weighing everyone...Theres no set rules but just a little fun to get ourselves committed how much of the 10kgs we can loose..
Last Challenge we had Ren with over 17kgs off (awesome effort!) and quite a few of us close to ten kgs off. And even those with just a few off or even those that pulled out.. Hey atleast we are giving it a go and working towards a fitter, healthier life....


Any suggesti0ns on how to improve this challenge let me know...Otherwise lets just do it... (As I weigh in on Thursdays I will put up my start weight then. LOL that way its one less time in a week I get up on the scales...

My goals? To believe in myself totally and of course loose those unwanted kgs so I can be healthy on the inside and feel proud of myself on the outside!!!!
