Just Wondering about serious body toning
I was just wondering if there was any maintainers out there who have got into serious exercise since finishing re-feed.?.
Serious as in have decided they don't mind so much that they put on some kilos to gain some muscles and some definition in their bodies??? Ive read a lot of threads here not so much diaries and haven't seen anything specific to serious body toning. Just wondering if their was anyone here who had done that and if you had I was just wondering how you were going with it? how much are you eating? is it all that much more than what the good doctors has suggested you eat to maintain your weight for life? what weight are you maintaining? etc? Have you managed to get rid of all your excess fat? Are you just skin, required amount of fat and muscle? Has anyone become a personal trainer since finishing??
