how many kilos did you lose within the 1st month

Hello Guys,

I just got off sureslim and it did work for a bit. I lost 15 kilos and now putting it back on. I am still eating the same and it is so hard to lose weight. I am eating less which is so sad.
But anyways my question is, with Dr Cohen's program how many kilos have you lost within the 1st month? Is it faster on the program when you do exercise with it???
I am a singer and i they are wanting me to shoot my first video clip but they have seen my (extra jelly) lol!
So this is my curious question to you. I have at least 23 kilos to lose...
