Simonja's refeed diary
Hello all who want to read this,
I have started Refeed, am on day 2...Hurray....but I still have almost 2 weeks of frozen weighed meats and poultry that of course I want to use. I am finding it a challenge to use up my 'parcels' without wasting anything or eating the same meats three times a day, three days in a row. ( a bit exagerated but you know what I mean) as I take XXgrams from this and XX grams from that to make up my extra protein serves. How did you folk manage or were you more organised and did not have so much pre frozen before refeed? I used to take my cheese or tuna for lunch to work but now this is also becoming more challengeing as I have to eventually mix proteins. Any suggestions there? I know I'm not allowed to change cheese portion but may I add eg chicken to my cheese when I need to mix proteins or does cheese, egg, yoghurt need to stay 'alone' proteins? So sorry if I'm repeating something that may have already been answered but I could not find any thread to it. Thank you for your help, much appreciated. Have a great day and a wonderful Cohens Trip.
