Default Re: Do I need a new plan?

I too have tried my old program and after trying several times to get
back on it, I couldn't I think for me that was more a head thing trying
to battle with something I had already used.
So I bought a new plan, and am thinking as I had never done Cohen's
before so I get excited with the loses and re reading my new program
which is different from my old, as my hormones are so out of whack as
I have packed on 12 kilo's more then my previous starting weight, so
I have turned the page on my new chapter and off I go again.

So I wish you well on your new start
Jenni
