I am starting over

I am new on the forum.

I was on Cohen's last year and lost an amazing 17 kgs, in December and January I went completely insane and gained 7 of those back (it took some serious munching I am ashamed to say) .

I have however decided that I am going back on the program and will be 100% deviation free until I reach my goal weight. Asy you are my inspiration, if you could last a year then I can too.

I have been reading this forum for a while and I have to say that you guys are all amazing and I would really appreciate your support.

I am starting on Monday, giving myself time to prepare properly. Will be starting a diary then.
