Weighing food
I have a question on the weighing of food. On Sunday I bought a couple of chicken breast meat, weighed them according to my plan, packed them individually into ziplocks and freezed a batch.
Today as I am preparing tomorrow's meals, I just thought of weighing them again (just to check and confirm that I didn't tagged the portions wrongly) and guess what, the weight of the chicken breasts portion reduced by about 5-8grams! I was wondering if eating less than what is stated on the food plan, will it count as a deviation? I just get so frustrated when I saw that! I mean, I was satisfied with each meal I had and if it was lower than what I ought to eat and it would still count as a deviation, I really need to find a better way out!!! Any opinions and advise???
