2nd time round

hi everyone! i have been on cohens b4 and lost 20 kg but i stopped and went back to eating junk

and put all the weight plus more back on, so its quite depressing! i really need to find something that helps me stick to it as i have no willpower, so hoping this forum will be it! Thanks guys!! xx
