Calling all Maintainers - join us for NO-vember!
Hi
Maintenance is a tricky one so as a bit of fun, motivation leading up to (for some of us our first in Maintenance) Christmas, we are having a NO-vember challenge. The idea is a bit like a Deviation Free challenge but YOU set your own rules  It's really simple - just pick something (or things) that you will say NO to in November - for the whole month. The idea is to pick something you struggle to resist or that you know makes you gain weight. We will have a reward along the lines of the Dancing Mangoes for those who successfully complete! So if you would like to take part, please post below telling us what you are going to say NO to and if there is a particular reason, why Please post back each Sunday or Monday to tell us that you have said NO all week!!! Please spread the word to the other maintainers out there to join in jlou
