I am back on plan tomorrow (done all shopping today) so I will weigh in morning and kick start (then fall into line with your Sunday weigh day??

Goal 1 - 10kgs Gone, Goal 2 - 15kgs Gone, Goal 3 - 20kgs Gone, Goal 4 - Refeed and Finish!!!

Previously lost - 25kgs on Cohens 2010

No gain just maintain... Now to lose last 20kgs!!!
