Im back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have finally managed to get myself back here. I used to be a part of the furniture a long while ago, but fell off the wagon, and disapeared for a while....

BUT, Im back now, and GUESS WHAT ???? I have lost a total of 50 kgs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been following the Cohens diet, and have managed to loose that weight over the past 12 months

My BMI is normal now, I am at my goal, and I feel like a new person.... I still want to loose another 5 kg, thats why Im here, I have been struggling to loose it, and have come here for some moral support ......

I am looking forward to chatting with you guys, you were always so welcoming, and helpful...
