02.01.11 76.6kg (starting weight)
09.01.11 75.2kg (1.4kg Ohhh I would love 5kg)
16.01.11 74 kg (1.2kg )
23.01.11 74 kg (0 kg)
30.01.11 73.1kg (0.9kg) Yeah
06.01.11 71.9kg (1.2kg) Whoo hoo
13.02.11 70.8kg (1.1kg)
20.02.11 69.6kg (1.2kg)
27.02.11 ...... less than 66.6 kg

ooohh 666 make that 66.5kg

Total - 7kg ... 3 to go. Things are defineately looking up .... or should that be down. I'm glad to see my weight loss is moving again.

See Bells That plateau doesn't last forever, it just seems like it at the time. Have faith in the good doctor.
