lemonade scones
2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 cup diet sprite 150ml cottage cheese blended with a splash of skim milk Preheat oven to 200c Sift flour, make a well and pour in lemonade and cheese mixture. Mix with a knife to form a dough. Roll or push out with fingers onto a floured surface and cut into 10 scones. Bake for approx 12 minutes No sugar, minimal fat, protein from the cheese, and wholemeal flour is better for you than white. |
