Starting out
Hi Team!
Part time lurker, first time poster. Started on Cohens mid-March, things are going really well. Looking forward to taking the journey with you all! Hope to stick it all the way through and make it as fun and original as possible. Some of the recipes I have noted look fab and i'm salivating just thinking of trying them out. Onwards and downwards (in weight) <3 Mama

Next goal - 15 kg lost! I have terminal obesity. It's not going to go away. I have found a wonder drug that has controlled my condition and reduced it. Once I finish this treatment I will be in remission. I need to stay vigilant and make sure I don't lapse back into the old habits or else my condition will reappear. (Found in the GEM part of the forums - Love it!)
