48 hour reset
Does bread count as carbs in the 48 hour reset? When do you do feel the need to reset? After how much of a gain overnight? Or do you reset based on the food choices you've made the night before? Or if you've broken a maintenance guideline...say you forgot to eat carbs before dessert? Also, if you've dropped down to your weight in 24 hours, do you still continue the day after? Do you use reset every time?
I've recently gained 1.1kg overnight due to bad food choices the night before but dropped it after a 24 hour period, but then had another bad choice the night I was about to complete the 48 hour which caused me to gain about 180g overnight (damn pie!) Thoughts? |
