Enoki Mushroom!

I have fallen n luv with ENOKI mushrooms which are such an awesum pasta substitute. Next time I have spag bowl in my life there is NO DOUBT ill be having enoki mushrooms as the spag and home made turkey mince with my the new mincer I just bought. Atm I use enoki in stifrys which are just awesome!!! I get them from my veggie shop and Woolworths sells them too. They're $3.99 for 200g

Happy as with this find!! If u haven't tried u must YUMMY!
