Spring challenge
As we will be finishing our winter challenge and i see some wonderful results who is up for a spring challenge we will do it the same as the winter challenge
We will start 1 September until end of november and some of us can be ready for some summer bodies ....... You set yourself a goal for the end of the 3 months and keep going to get there by the end of 3 months. Decide on which day you want to do you weigh in
So i will put my goal for 16 kg.
Lets do this i hope there is someone that will join i need to finish this
