Default New.... again

Hi everyone,

A couple of years ago I was too fat to be on the wait list for IVF, despite qualifying in every other respect (including desperately wanting a baby).

I lost 27kgs on Cohens, and, as many people do, fell pregnant naturally.

Now I have a gorgeous 20 month old little boy, but I also have all the baby weight I put on and more. So, I'm back!

Today is day one, and the second time around for me will be much easier I think. I know what to expect, that I'll feel a bit hungry for a couple of days, but then I will feel just fine and will not be quite so fixated on food.

I know that some days will be easier than others, that some weeks will show more weight loss than others, and that some days I'll be beyond bored with eating the foods on the list.

But I also know that if I follow the diet, I will get results.
I can't wait to fit into all the lovely pre-baby clothes I bought again!

Im going to use my original diet plan (I cant afford to go back to the clinic to buy a new one) so if anyone can fill me in on any changes to the diet, or foods that have been allowed or disallowed since 2011 I would be very grateful.

I look forward to reading all your inspirational diaries soon!
Claire
