Hi Everyone
I have started Cohen's today again for the 2nd time. The first time I've lost 20kg's and had to stop on dr's orders, lost a lot of hair and was generally unwell I managed to keep it off for nearly 4 years I didn't get to my goal weight, I was 10kg's of but I'm pretty tall. I'm going to write down daily what I eat Breakfast - Poached egg, zucchini and tomato, steamed in microwave with fresh basil. Cracker MT - paw paw Lunch - Tuna salad AT - Salada Dinner - chicken stir fry with ginger, garlic, cabbage, green pepper, zucchini and onion with n splash of sprite zero! Dessert - apple I have to admit all the food was delicious! Fresh, crunchy and very flavoursome, I think for me the key is to use some fresh herbs Hope you all gave a good night! Chloe x |
