Default Super 10 sprint

Good Morning

The last stretch is normally the hardest part to do, this is where many people fail to stay motivated even with the goal insight.

Is there anyone that have 10 or close to 10kgs to loose that would like to join me? The purpose of the challenge is to help one another get through this, to inspire each other and to share your top advice (or secrets that you've gained during the journey.

This is not a show off - rather a lift you/me up as we run the last few kgs.

Hope to have a few joining

Goal 1 - to be under 90 in 30 days
Goal 2 - to be under 85 in 60 days
Goal 3 - to be under 80 in 90 days
Goal 4 - to be on re-feed in month 4
