Hey Everyone - Second Time Around
Well this is my second time on cohens, my original starting weight was 116.5kgs which was about 15months ago, I managed to get down to 85kg but then let life and emotions get in the way.
I then allowed my weight to balloon to 96kg which is when I decided to start the program from scratch. I had my 8 week weigh in the other day and I've down to 83.8kg and that means I'm only 15kg away from goal. I must say I now see my reasons for being my heaviest weight and what got me there and how I am here today. The journey defiantly hasn't been easy I take a day at a time focus on meal prep and honestly not thinking about it too much. My goal would be to loose and reach my goal weight set (65-68kg) by Christmas but I have a trip overseas planned so all I can do is my best. I have learnt that a deviation isn't failure nor is it a right to binge for a whole day/s. I have learnt so much about food and how my body reacts since being on this lifestyle program.
