Cohens XCEl Tracker
Hi all,
This was given to me, when I was did Cohen's back in 2011 and I found it very helpful. If you don't want to weight daily, you can simply keep the weight the same and only adjust the weight down when you weight in. If anyone needs a hand with it, happy to help. Mich x (I forget who gave it to me, but thanks again!)
