What do you do or don't do to avoid deviations and make you stick 100%?
My golden rules are:
- Ensure 3 meals are in fridge ahead of each day.
- Avoid the bakery like the plague.
- I keep the treats to a minimum for the kids - I am still a kid
- Set timer on phone to track 5:15 between meals.
- Brush teeth after each meal - this helps me to keep the sweet craving away.
- Avoid caffeine - totally. Lucky for me I don't drink coffee.
- Mix meals around. Have different meat each day.
- Have breakfast early to finish dinner early and sleep empty - helps me achieve my goal faster! And I really sleep better.
