Arrow What golden rules do YOU use to make life easier on Cohens?

What do you do or don't do to avoid deviations and make you stick 100%?

My golden rules are:
  • Ensure 3 meals are in fridge ahead of each day.
  • Avoid the bakery like the plague.
  • I keep the treats to a minimum for the kids - I am still a kid
  • Set timer on phone to track 5:15 between meals.
  • Brush teeth after each meal - this helps me to keep the sweet craving away.
  • Avoid caffeine - totally. Lucky for me I don't drink coffee.
  • Mix meals around. Have different meat each day.
  • Have breakfast early to finish dinner early and sleep empty - helps me achieve my goal faster! And I really sleep better.

Week 2 - 106.4 (2.6 kg loss)
