HI Mette. Congrats on getting to the next and final leg of te jpourney. You are doing so well and maintenance will be no different for you. My only prob lem I have with maintenance is the freedom to eat what you WANT to and not what you are TOLD to. This lack of regimental daily living can blow you away if you let it. I was never a fan of daily weigh ins but now on maintenance I jump on the scales every day. Bad habits are definitely tough to get out of the psyche so especially when I have had a brain fade I am jolted back to reality the next day. My weigh ins have a space to make comments. Some of the comments would be unprintable on here but you get my drift. I have become very critical of the possibilty of screwing up the success I had during the first two stages of the journey. So the daily weigh in including the comments are a reality check to take more care of myself. Being able to identitify the problem early and armed with the tools to rectify the problem before it gets out of control is what sets Cohens apart from ALL the other programmes I have tried.
So good luck Mette you wont need it
