Hi Fornight and Flamie, thanks for dropping by.

Fornight, I am glad to hear that your back is getting better, but hope that doesn't mean too much travel as this journey is much easier when you can control it in your own environment at home. BUT, you can still succeed when away you just have to work harder at it and be very particular about what you have/order.

Flamie, wow girl you are just the rock that everyone relies upon around here ! Flamie you are just amazing, keep going girl you inspire us all with your determination and attitude. I still have a few weeks to go before I will be in refeed so don't worry I won't be that far ahead of you. Keep up the good work.

Default Broke into my goal range today !!!

Well I have broken into my goal range today !!!! 76-79kg

Looking back I realise I have lost 1/3rd of my starting body weight (not as great as some I know but still I'm happy) .

I received my refeed yesterday in the mail and that has remotivated me to push on and try to get to the lower weight of my range. So maybe another few weeks and I will find time to start refeed..........oh getting so close now !

Gotta love Dr Cohen (and all the forum dwellers of course.)

Regards
Mike

Hi Mike,

Hey, go you !! Your photos tell the tale pretty well, Mike. And, since these are considerably "out of date", how good are you looking NOW?

Well done, dude - bring on refeed,

Koh

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

YAY Mike - WELL DONE for making it into goal range.
I am so excited and happy for you - and hey, 1/3rd of your body weight is very impressive.
