Smile back and determined

Dear Cohenas

I am a returning soldier. I started last year, exactly the same time to the T (12months) and at exactly the same weight I started. It's kinda freaky that over a year, armed with all the knowledge I had acquired, I am still in the same position. Obviously I wasn't as hungry for success as I am now. I was even scared to go all the way and wanted to do it my way, even though I was utterly unsuccessful.
What motivates me the most is all the wonderful and encouraging stories I come across in this forum. It is truly a life-saver and I am not sure if I would have re-considered Cohen had it not been for this forum.
I had my bloods last week and hoping to get my programme on tuesday (the 23rd Feb), exactly the same day I received it last year.
I will highly appreciate your support and looking forward to joining all the challenges that will help me reach my goal.
Lotsa luv
Shaz

Hi Slimshaz,

I wish you success on your 2nd time round on this fabulous Cohen journey. I started my programme exactly on 23 Feb 09 and I completed it in October last year. That was about 7+ mths to lose 33kg and boy am I glad that I stuck through with it. I wish you would too this 2nd time round. You should be wiser as well I believe and you know that there's no way to 2nd guess the good doc. All the best.

Dear Flamie
I actually remember reading your posts last year and thinking that we could finish around the same time. Good on you for sticking through it. I also aim to lose 30kg by September and know for a fact that I will this time around. I've tried to do it on and off on my own and it was all in vain. My mind is so set this time I even dream about my new life.. I want to go 100% deviation free. My only weakness so far is coffee (cappucinos).
I will overcome this soon I know. I am getting my programme tomorrow and very excited cos I can get my ticker and diary.

Hey slimshaz!

Welcome to the forum

I don't think I would have 'believed' in Cohens had I not found this forum.

I wish you all the best on your journey!

Thanks guys for the wonderful support. I had a great day today but dinner was a bit of a miss.. had grilled lamb but it wasn't lean and the guilt feelings are already creeping in. I am getting my programme tomorrow but have been following my last programme today.
Can't wait to get my ticker and diary going and really get into this battle.
