Tangy Chicken

Recipe Description

Tangy chicken strips coated in a thick sauce...perfect for winter. 

Ingredients:

Chicken, strips
White wine vinegar
Water
Chilli Flakes
Salt
Pepper
Mixed Herbs
Mayonnaise
Sweetner
Garam Marsala (Cohen's) 

Preparation Steps:

Use Cohen's Garam Marsala recipe, it's somewhere on the forum.

Instructions:

Combine generous dash of vinegar, enough water to cover the base, chilli flakes, salt and pepper in a pan and heat.
When bubbles start to form on the bottom layer. add chicken strips.
Once chicken starts to cook add a sprinkle of herbs, garam marsala and sweetner and mix around.
Add mayonnaise allowance and mix it in quickly (add more water if needed for sauce to thicken)
Serve with cauli-rice
