Default Exercise Question

I know, I know, exercise is not allowed, and I understand why.

So my question is, what actually constitutes exercise? I have been feeling much better on this diet, after months and months and years of feeling awful, and I would really like to be able to do some gentle stretching, balance activities and some really easy yoga because my body is so stiff and sore, and as I am thinning down a bit I feel like I can move a little more easily. It would also really help my sore back.

So I'm not talking weights or gym work or cardio-vascular exercise. More like stretching, breathing and gentle movement. About 10 to 20 mins tops a day.

Do you think that would be okay?

That would be fine farmgirl - just check your hunger. If you find doing the exercise spikes your hunger, go steady or if you find your weight loss slows, you might need to ease it up. Otherwise, it should be no problems.

Hi farmgirl, sound pretty sensible to me

Perhaps gentle stretching & yoga style exercise will help wake up any sluggish body systems & help clear toxins as we go

Thanks Rochy and butterflydreamin - I hadn't thought of shifting toxins, but I feel so stagnant and moving would be bliss.

An added bonus would be the stress relief for you after all you have been going through too farmgirl - stretching is a much healthier outlet than eating.

Little walk,running,swimming are the manual way to reduce weight or control our self.Otherwise doctor cohen advise and suggestions are the best to do this in proper and complete way.thank you
