I goofed!! There is no need to alter your portion of zuchinni, as first posted, otherwise your personal prescription won't be right with your vegetable portion for breakfast. Sorry! I'm still making mistakes!

I love my zucchini and egg omelette for brekky but now I will have to try adding a bit of apple and cinnamon. That makes it more like dessert than brekky!!
