Apple & Zuchinni Pancakes - Breakfast


Recipe Description
Apple & Zuchinni Pancakes 
Ingredients:
zuchinni
egg
apple
cinnamon 
Preparation Steps:
grate and dry/fry 
Level of Difficulty:
Easy 
Time Needed:
less than 5 minutes 
Serves:
one 
Instructions:
grate your portion of zuchinni
grate 1/8 portion of apple
dash of cinnamon
Beat 1 egg
combine, wipe pan with a bit of oil and dry fry.
A nice change for breakfast!

I goofed!! There is no need to alter your portion of zuchinni, as first posted, otherwise your personal prescription won't be right with your vegetable portion for breakfast. Sorry! I'm still making mistakes!

I love my zucchini and egg omelette for brekky but now I will have to try adding a bit of apple and cinnamon. That makes it more like dessert than brekky!!
