Recipe Description

I found this on a South African forum. The rice cracker actually disintegrates and the rice puffs up with the liquid from the yoghurt. It's quite filling and not bad tasting at all.

Ingredients

Yoghurt (allowance)
Rice cracker
Sweetener
Cinnamon

Instructions

Place slightly more yoghurt than your allowance in a bowl, add sweetener and cinnamon, stir. The extra yoghurt is to ensure that you get the correct amount later.

Place a sealable container on your scales and turn them on.

Add exactly half of your yoghurt allowance.

Place the rice cracker on top

Return the scale to zero and add the remaining half of your yoghurt. Ensure the rice cracker is completely covered.

Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.

Add microwaved or stewed fruit and enjoy

I made this up last night and had it for breaky this morning. o wow just yummo and i put a mango cheak with it. wow so so filling. i thought i was going to burst.. lovely weekend treat.
