I'm yet to try this but it's had good raves!!!
Eat your veggies (do a veggie saute, or a veggie kebab), then have your cheesecake as dessert. No Bake Cheesecake Ricotta {allowance} Crispbread {allowance} Cinnamon Sweetner Crush crispbread and mix with sweetner and cinnamon. Put on bottom of small bowl as your "crust" Mix ricotta with cinnamon and sweetner to taste. Scoop onto crust. |

Made a larger cheese cake ( not frozen ) instead as follows. This one is more like the real deal I don't think the cream cheese is needed and can be made out of just yoghurt
Topping 1 ltr light natural yoghurt 125g Philadelphia cream cheese 2 packets of gelatine frozen berrys Stevia, cinnamon, almond essence for flavour Base shredded coconut coconut cream |
