Hey Guys! I second N2M - well done on some great losses!!

N2M, trust me, I do not deserve your envy! I have been on and off the wagon daily :'( and am pretty sure it comes down to dehydration on Monday mornings that has allowed me to show as a loss on the scales! (An embarrassing truth, but if I can't be honest here where can I be eh!)

Anywho. Each week I aim to do better Yesterday was another fail but so far so good today. Your slight gain will definitely be water weight (as I'm sure you know! ) and will be shed in no time at all!

Fingers crossed to a good week for all !

All I need now is -800g and I will be at my target of -8kg I'm tempted to up that by 200g because a nice even 70kg would be awesome for next week but as long as I get to my goal, I'll be happy with that Giving it my 100%.

Week 1 (25 Aug) - Not stated yet
Week 2 (1 Sept) - 78.3 kg (Start date weight)
Week 3 (8 Sept) - 73.9 kg (-4,4kg)
Week 4 (15 Sept) - 72.2 kg (-1,7kg)
Week 5 (22 Sept) - 71.0 kg (-1,2kg)
Week 6 (29 Sept)

Great work Soleil!! I love your attitude, so motivating Are you finding staying on plan harder or easier as you get closer to your goal weight? (which is within reaching distance!! yahoo!)

Sorry for my late update, here we go:

Week 1 (25 Aug) – 60.5kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) – 58.9kg (-1.6kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) – 58.2kg (-0.7kg)

Week 4 (15th Sept) – 56.7kg (-1.5kg)

Week 5 (22nd Sept) – 55.9kg (-0.8kg)

Week 6 (29th Sept)

Not an accurate result though. It is TOM, I am not deviation free BY ANY MEANS, and my weight was up by 500g this morning. Boo. I have an event (which I have bought a size 8 dress for, yikes) and a Bali holiday coming up in next few weeks... I need to get into the zone and drop these last few kilos

Sorry to be a debbiedowner. Game face on now!

Have a great week guys xx

Hi Sally!!!! Well done on the loss, that is a massive loss especially when you say it hasn't been a full deviation free week. Can you imagine how much you did loose if you we're 100% ? It too 'easy' of me now, I'm in the zone so no cravings or anything, if I can complain about anything is that it's just a tad boring. All I can do is to eat what I'm meant to and wait. Wait and wait

Soleil xx

Ps. Looking forward to your next weeks deviation free loss amount

Good morning lovelies and welcome to our final week

This has been quite a mentally-taxing little journey!!

Anywho, here are my results for the week that was:

Week 1 (25 Aug) – 60.5kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) – 58.9kg (-1.6kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) – 58.2kg (-0.7kg)

Week 4 (15th Sept) – 56.7kg (-1.5kg)

Week 5 (22nd Sept) – 55.9kg (-0.8kg)

Week 6 (29th Sept) – 54.8 (-1.1kg)

I am up 200g from yesterday, so in order to hit my 6kg in 6wks I need to lose 500g this week. Fingers crossed. My *goal* weight however is 52... (ideally 51 something!) but we'll see. I am finding it quite hard. I just hope I don't relapse completely when I haven't got this weekly check-in to keep me accountable and bounce back up to my heaviest

Hope you all have a great week. I know we all have our struggles and it can be soo disheartening at times when the finish line doesn't seem within reach. My thoughts and well-wishes are with you all, and to those of you in the zone - WOOOOHOOO! You guys are my inspiration

Happy cohens'ing xx

Well I reached my goal of -8kg!!!!!!!!

Hahahah silly me, I thought this week was the last week I'm at -8,5 kg now. In the beginning I was secretly hoping for -10kg, well I don't think that will happen but will get close.

Week 1 (25 Aug) - Not stated yet
Week 2 (1 Sept) - 78.3 kg (Start date weight)
Week 3 (8 Sept) - 73.9 kg (-4,4kg)
Week 4 (15 Sept) - 72.2 kg (-1,7kg)
Week 5 (22 Sept) - 71.0 kg (-1,2kg)
Week 6 (29 Sept) - 69.8 kg (-1,2kg)

You Girls have done so well!

I have been up and down 2-3kgs from starting weight, and since this would be most desirable in maintenance, I would really like to know why I can't do that a little closer to my goal weight!!!??? 4 Days into the new week and I am back to 59.2kgs. I will clearly not be down 6kgs by Monday - but I will put up a good fight!

Week 1 (25 Aug) - 59kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) -57.9kg (-1.1kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) - Don't ask

Week 4 (15th Sept) - 60.9kg (+1.9kg from start)

Week 5 (22nd Sept) - 59.2 (+100g from start)

Week 6 (29th Sept) - 61.6 (+2.6kg from start)

Good luck with the last few days!

Wow Soleil! What a fantastic effort! Perhaps we should look at setting up another challenge... Maybe a 5kg one? Hee hee, purely for selfish reasons because I have about 5kg's to go

Soleil! AMAZING WORK!!! What an inspiration! Just goes to show what magic can happen deviation free eh!!? Oh I just noticed your ticker, you're getting sooo close to goal! WOO!

My week ended as shaky as the rest haha but I managed to pull it off, here are my results:

Week 1 (25 Aug) – 60.5kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) – 58.9kg (-1.6kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) – 58.2kg (-0.7kg)

Week 4 (15th Sept) – 56.7kg (-1.5kg)

Week 5 (22nd Sept) – 55.9kg (-0.8kg)

Week 6 (29th Sept) – 54.8kg (-1.1kg)

FINISH (6th Oct) - 54.3kg (-0.5kg)

Total = 6.2kg in 6 Weeks

No 'wow' losses there, but I am so so happy!

Now to shake the last 2.5kg... 20 days till Bali and counting!!

Hope all you other challengers out there are having a good week and enjoyed these past few weeks I'll be keeping an eye on everyone's diary!
