Yeah, I agree with you, It's also a good source of B-vitamins, plus minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Tuna also has antioxidant properties due to its high amounts of selenium.

For me, I replace sugar by cucumbers, radish and lettuce… I really like them, so it helps me avoid gaining weight as well as sugar cravings. Also eat a big breakfast so you don't snack loads during the day!

I prefer using jaggery instead of sugar. Jaggery is very good for health. And yes, very well said fruits are very nuitrious, it has lots of benefits. Taking fruits during weight loss period is very good.
