Well here I am again had to go for a little GP visit today because I was feeling a bit faint and thought maybe the flu was sneaking up on me but after explaining the symptoms (a.k.a dizzy when getting up and feeling like crap )he looks at me and says that I am very pale then my Doc throws a curve ball at me and tells me I may have something calledpostural hypotension and possibly very low iron which is makin it worse and to think I've never felt so good except for the last few days it weird...

Now I am worried as I am so near refeed but was planning to get it then loose a bit more weight before I started but now am worried this may change things and I will have to start it straight away but I guess not worth worrying till I find out for sure will get results from doc next Wednesday but have a clinic appointment on Monday so will have a talk to them and doc and hash it all out just goes to show that our "fat" suits hide more than just the thin selves under them but can hide so much more...............

P.s PPL if ya not feeling 100% do as we have all been told by the mods and others and go see your GP cause it could be serious even if it not it worth finding out !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well went off to clinic today and have a loss this month of only 3.4 kg but am happy with that as i haven't been in the best health as per the last post in my diary also the BM haven't been regular so have to take all of this into account as well so on i plod. Went to see my consultant and spent a good hr going threw the in's and out's of re-feed but am now waiting for them to send it out as Dr Cohen hadn't emailed it threw to them yet but i get how it all works which is good and doesn't seem toooo difficult to understand but no need to worry yet as not planning to start for another week or 2.
Well better get on with my day hope everyone has a fantastic day

Today jumped on scales 3.2kg to go but am struggling a little with the hunger, when i wake up not to bad hunger is very minimal but about 2.5 hrs after breaky on some days hunger starts to kick in then again some days im fine, then lunch and pretty much about an hr after lunch hunger again but again only on some days so I'm not sure if this is a indication of my body saying 'START RE-FEED' I have said after loosing 80kg i do have excess skin in places but was going threw Asy's old post and it says don't start refeed unless you are hungry and it is over a few days well mine can be hunger for two days then by the third I'm fine so if any one out there reads this and can shed so light i would be very grateful!!!!!

Are you due a blood test any time soon?

What Meal are you eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Are you going with the "Meal Mix-up" to give you more through the day? Are you doing a 3, 2, 1 or a 2, 3, 1, - or some other combination.

Certainly, the larger meals earlier should help you get through this last stage with a bit more comfort, and even weight loss !

Have you chatted with your clinic recently? For sure, refeed is close at hand (and there is a certain amount of comfort by HAVING a refeed document close at hand too - some relax a little more, once they know "They can start it any day they choose").

How is your overall mood? Struggling? Or coping? Still energetic, or lethargic? Have a think about those points, call your clinic, talk to them, and see what they advise,

Hugs,

Koh

Way to go, wee girl !! With your knowledge (from here), I'd think you are well equipped to ask them some searching questions - and they are likely to be well equipped to answer them too....

(And that is FAR better than "Not knowing what to ask, and just accepting whatever is said, eh?")

Go, poster girl !!

Hugs,

Koh

Every time I come back here I am constantly surprised at your journey. Your ticker seems to zoom down the line, you're amazing and a HUGE (or should that be teeny tiny?) inspiration to me.

Keep up the brilliant work, girl!

ok after an extensive chat to my consultant this is where things stand I have not started refeed yet as after a very very shocking saturday of extreme hunger i got up on Sunday and felt great and have felt better since so after talking to Alison I decided it must of just been one of those really bad days and wait till the real refeed symptom come as described by Miss Asy herself so maybe a week or so till start but going to take it as it comes i am ready for when it hits so I'm not worried and to Koh thanks Your advise was spot on clinic was definitely the place to turn in the end !!!!!!!!!!
