I laughed at commando response lol....brillant! Their exercise is scary... And I don't like meal replacement stuff. I feel like referring Cohen's to them...but that would leave the trainers out of a job lol

I'm not trying to look perfect ... I just want to feel better, look great, know I'm healthy, and be able to rock any outfit I choose! I started my journey on 22/10/11 weighing 121.86 kg, and reached my goal weight on 21/09/12 having lost a total of 55.76kg. In 2015 I will be making myself a priority in my life and regaining contol.

Have I stumbled into a biggest looser club meeting...I haven't seen a single episode. TV is pretty limited in Katherine. Happily I will be moving to Alice Springs in about 3 week. Hooray!!! Happy gossiping

 Mini Goals: Start the program (complete 29/04) - Under 110kg (completed 04/05) - 106.7kg and under my last Cohens start weight (completed 25/05) - Under 105kg (complete 05/06) - Double Didgits and half way to goal...YAY!!!- Under 95kg - 94kg and into the overweight range - 92kg and past my old sticking point - Back In The 80's - Personal Goal of 87kg...time for refeed!!!!!!!!!! YAY

I know, it's really all turned in the last couple of episodes! Like MKR! be competitative, but not nasty! Why is that necessary? And Amber shooting her mouth of when it's really her father still carrying her, she's a spoilt little so n so who makes every excuse for herself!

He is horrible. Really. He was so mean to the pink team. That's good Biggest Loser, promote Bullying. The usual contestants cheering when they said one of the returning would be going home. *shakes head*... Horrible pack mentality bullcrap. This show makes me mad. I really hope Dick and Amber go soon. They make my blood boil.

I am struggling with how this show keeps going. They always seem to put manipulative people on there that eat nothing but junk food prior to the show. I really feel sick when I see it. Not every one tat is overweight is a junk food addict. Reality tv is so edited to make it look more interesting. Ok rant over. Good on those guys really for trying

Thank goodness it's not just me Lil doll! LOL. Andika, I've only watched it this season, and so so very right, they really all were appealing eaters, I hadn't thought of it that way. I feel that it's only in recent weeks that the nastiness is coming out, it's very disappointing!
I love the green team, and Katie, and now the pink and red teams are back and they're nice too
