Talking Week 2, Day 5

Just noticing what some of you girls warned me of: dry skin. I have sent a message to consultants to see if they approve an oil capsule or have another idea. It seems to just be my face that is really dry.

Other than that, still going strong! I really love my meals and food never tasted so good!

They should approve of the primrose oil capsule. That's done wonders for my skin!

Glad you're travelling along so well! The zone is the best place to be! You're going great guns! Keep up the great work!

Talking 2nd Week Losses, TOM

Today is week 3, day 1.
2nd week losses: 4 pounds
Total Losses: 10 pounds(4.54 kilos)

I can't believe 10 pounds are gone! But, I can feel it my clothes and I'm in shock.

My co-worker, who is on W.W. is jealous, but I try to help support her. She may switch to Cohen's she says bc watching me shrink is driving her crazy.

I am still cautious not to get TOO excited...the little voice in the back of my head still tells me this is too good to be true and it will stop working soon. But the big voice of HOPE says WooHoo!!

I feel great...lots of energy...but I don't overdo it. I love my food and look forward to eating.

My T.O.M. arrived yesterday (earlier than expected) and Pms was not as bad as it usually is. The sluggishness, irritability and cravings for sugar and carbs were non-existant and the bloat was minimal. I got a mild headache, as opposed to the migraine I usually get. WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!

I LOVE THIS!!!

Hi MJ,

Woohoo !! Nice drop !!! And what about those other benefits - what a bonus that must've been for you eh? (I'm beginning to believe that this journey fixes EVERYTHING healthwise .....)

As long as YOU don't stop, it won't either!! What will happen is that your body will settle into the true weightloss journey (likely to be somewhere around 8 to 10lb a month). Count on any more than that as a "bonus", but many DO get "bonuses", and you could too..... Oh, and some don't quite meet that range, depending on age, weight to lose, devi's, and/or health issues.

Meanwhile, you are really sounding GOOD, MJ. Turn up the volume on that voice of HOPE, and tell the little voice to "stick a sock in it"

Koh

Wow Mrs Jiggles

You are sounding so happy - isn't great when we have TOM and don't get the 'usual' set of unpleasant symptoms. Mine took me completely by surprise becasue I didn't get the usual warning signs.

Congrats on the weight loss too. Think that co worker will be signing up soon. Some of my friends are now talking about doing preCohens and one has even signed up as well. So happy to see my friends also ha[[ier with their body.

Keep up the great work
Shanara

Listen to the voice of HOPE, Ms Jiggles! The only way that this will stop working is if you stop following the program! How good is that! And isn't it wonderful how Cohens has those wonderful side effects?

Enjoy the happy hormones! I hope your friend does join Cohens, because kilo for kilo, it's the best value of all the programs I have seen and tried!

Arrow 3rd Week Losses

Week 4, Day 1
Wt Loss for 3rd week : 3 pounds (1.36 kilos)
Total Loss for 3 weeks: 13 pounds (6 kilos)

Hi all,

I'm checking in for an update and I am very happy and how the fat is falling off!!

I have been finding clothes in my closet that I can wear at this weight. This is very motivating!!

I suppose I will now be settling into a steady drop of 2-3 pounds a week or so....I HOPE!

Thanks to Shanara, Kohinoor, and Mette for stopping by my diary. I appreciate it a lot! I will keep listening to hope.

I have not cheated on the diet and the only time I have felt overly hungry was when I exerted myself too much as in housework or yardwork. If I remain a slug, then I am not too hungry. Still loving my meals of turkey and fish and spinach and my crackers, pop and apple snacks!!

Hi MJ

Ty for coming by my diary. Most appreciated

Came to see how you are going on your diet. And VERY VERY WELL by the looks of it. Won't be long and you will be at your goal.

Well done for resisting those cookies. And you are right. One bite will hurt, and hurt a LOT!!! I can vouch for that LOL

Listen to the voice of HOPE. And don't listen to that little one. Keep to cohen's 100% and you will be trouble free all the way. There will be hard and trying times, don't give into D's as they aren't worth it (that's from personal experience). Keep strong, and you will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Keep up the great work MJ

Katie

Talking 4th Week Losses

Week 5, Day 1
Wt Loss for 4th week : nothing; nada; zero
Total Loss for 4 weeks: 13 pounds (still the same 6 kilos)

That's ok. I went up due to retaining water and by end of week it was all gone and I settled where I was last week. I could have NEVER lost 13 pounds in one month ever before on any diet or exercise regimen, so I am happy!!

Feeling good overall...a slight bit irritable, but ok. I look significantly slimmer in my clothes and compared to my day one pictures!!

No deviations except for eating past 9pm (about 15 minutes) last weekend due to being out and not watching the clock closely.
I am doing my next blood test in a few days. Hope all is well with that.

Marching on!

Ms. Jiggles

Good luck with the blood test. My friend after her last blood test had portions changed on her and her target weight which is great that they do look at it and change it if neccessary.

Well done on mainaining something is working if you are feeling thinner.
You are doing really well.
Have a nice day... Next week Im sure the scales will show a great loss.

Good luck with the blood test pretty lady! You're doing so well! Don't worry about the no loss. I've had a few weeks like that. As you say, it's water retention, and it will go away soon. And your centimetres will be catching up too, so your clothes will not fit better for much longer. They'll be too big!
Take care, and have a great week!

Talking Week 5 Losses

Week 6, Day 1
Wt Loss for 5th week : 2 pounds
Total Loss for 5 weeks: 15 pounds

It sure was nice to see the last loss happen. I got just a little worried there. I had my blood test but don't have results yet.

People are now starting to notice the change in my appearance! I have been receiving compliments that are very nice.

Also, a few second glances from men are happening. I am no longer invisible to the opposite sex. Hmmm....sometimes I don't like that!

I will post this in another section, but I am curious about what berry flavored lip glosses or lipsticks can do to affect blood test results. Any thoughts?

Thanks Maria and Mette for the visit and nice comments!! One change that I wish they would give me is more crackers!

Ms. Jiggles

Hope it continues to be a breeze for you,
