I was 'swimming' in my bras and had to buy a couple of new ones plus undies, but one of the bras I bought just 3 weeks ago needs to be tightened up already! Doesn't it feel good to have nice new underwear . My bum still has quite a bit of padding, I don't think I'll ever need to sit on cushions . I'm bottom heavy rather than top heavy but it was nice to feel my tail bone again. Keep on being so happy and vibrant Loulou, your enthusiasm is contagious! Suzie |

You sound like me with regard to the hunger mechanism, LouLou. I always used to be able to stuff in a bit more food if it was there, and hunger was usually mainly cravings and boredom. If I was busy I didn't feel hungry.
Refeed does take a bit of planning, and I haven't had time to plan anything lately. I think that I've probably not used the correct weights on a couple of occasions because I've been so busy and may have been confused. I'm not actually aware that I did, just think it's likely. My fridge is stuffed with food at the moment, all these different vegetables and fruits, and the freezer is stuffed with different proteins. You'll be in refeed with me for three days. It's exciting being there, so close to the end. What's amazed me is how constant my weight's been despite all the extra food. Congratulations on achieving your goal of becoming slim and healthy. AJ

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |

My Last Post Here!
Hi Everyone
Well today is the day! I weighed myself this morning and I've dropped 900g in 4 days. What a miracle. I hit my personal goal weigh of 60 kg this morning well within my Cohens range of 59-62 kg. I also lost another 4 cm since Thursday. This diet has never ceased to amaze me. My weekly losses are in the Weight and Cm Loss thread but I thought I'd post my 4 week losses here. Starting weight 88kg Week 4 80.1 kg weight loss 7.9 kg Week 8 75.9 kg weight loss 4.2 kg Week 12 71.5 kg weight loss 4.4 kg Week 16 67.5 weight loss 4.0 kg Week 20 63.6 weight loss 3.9 Week 23 1/2 60 kg weight loss 3.6 kg Steady and 100% all the way. I am thrilled. I'm 33 kg less than I was at this time last year and most of it in the last 5 1/2 months. Amazing! I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped and supported me through this journey and especially to Jeannie who started the 100% Cohen's Challenge and Trips who kept it going for a while. Doing that challenge has been an incredible incentive to keep on track and get the weight off. In the past 5 1/2 months my hair hasn't fallen out, I have not suffered from constipation and for the most of the time I haven't been hungry at all (except for the first week, also when I was sick and the last week or so). It has been a simple process, not necessarily easy, but my head was in the right place and I really wanted to stick to the plan, no deviations. Yesterday my Hubby gave me a present, a beautiful antique sterling silver box. He wanted to congratulate me for the way I've stuck to this and succeeded. He's so proud of me and has been supportive all the way through. He is a gorgeous man and I'm a very blessed woman. So here I am, off to refeed land. Thanks NBS, Mette, Suzie, AJ, Ruby and Ceb for dropping by and your wonderful comments. All the best with your journeys and we're all be together one day in the maintenance section I'm sure. x Loulou
