I am exactly where I was last week at this time. So frustrating. I am hoping it is because I have TOM and that things will start to move this week again. Keeping my fingers crossed

Default Week 2 Updates Continues...Starting Mon 29th June - Mon 8th August 2009

Week 2 Updates

NattyG -Start Weight 81.1kg Week 2 77kg
Total Loss 4.1kg.
Goals: Keep better track of water consumption! I'd love to loose another 19 kg by September. Possible? I'll try!
Rewards: not too sure yet


jacqui 59 - Start Weight :81kg WEEK 2: 77
total loss 4kg
Goal: To look good on our Gold Coast family holiday in exactly 10 weeks
time this friday.

AUFBAO - start weight 114.1kg Week 2 110.9
Total Loss 3.2kgs
GOAL: Stick with the program until Xmas and spend the holidays on the beach with my two children.

SkinnyMe's - Start Weight -76 kg Week 2. 73 kg
Total loss: 3 kg
Goals:
To stick with the smaller amounts of fruit and only 2 out of 3 of my crackers. I have been doing that for the last week and I attribute it to the amazing weight loss of the week.
Rewards: That's a good one. I could really use a facial...maybe I will do that. Although I did treat myself to a couple new skirts that have an stretchy waist and hopefully will still fit when I lose all my weight. So maybe that was my reward for this week and next week will be the facial.

Goals: To be in the 70's. Even 79.9 will do.
Rewards: Some new clothes. I haven't really had anything new yet.

Rewards: To be not far away from reaching my goal weight so that we can book my reward holiday of my choice, a gift from my husband

Goals: Stick to the programme 100%!! I've got 19.8kgs to go and it would be great to lose another 10kg in 6 weeks because i'll just be in the 60's which isn't far off from my goal weight. I want to look at wedding dress's during the 6 weeks and be able to find the dress or potential dresses that are going to look gorgeous in my new looking body and being that 10kg lighter will just make finding that dress easier because i can have a glimpse of what i am going to look like on my special day.
Rewards: Order my wedding dress in a size that i am going to be comfortable with because i don't want too many alterations

Reward = Just seeing the scales in the 70's will be reward enough!

Goals: Well wouldn't 95kg be awesome
Rewards: Mmm this needs some serious thinking. Not sure what to give myself.

Reward = To look ok in shorts in Darwin


Maria - Start Weight kg 81.7kg Wk 2 - not weighing BUT slowly but surely I am getting my head around things and without disappionting you all I am planning to catch up by the end of this 6 week challenge!
Goals:
My other goal is to take it one day at a time and deal with accepting that I have to use the tools that I am learning and have learnt with Cohens and put them into practise...A major goal would be to be deviation free for a whole week... So will report back next monday
Rewards: A weekend away and a health resort and a proper day of pampering and shopping at Chadstone.

Good morning everyone, what fantastic results for the half way mark. With quite a few of you definately in the running to get those 10kgs off once and for all.

SkinnyMe's - Start Weight -76 kg Week 3. 71.4 kg Total loss: 4.6kg
Goals: To stick with the smaller amounts of fruit and only 2 out of 3 of my crackers. I have been doing that for the last week and I attribute it to the amazing weight loss of the week.
Rewards: That's a good one. I could really use a facial...maybe I will do that. Although I did treat myself to a couple new skirts that have an stretchy waist and hopefully will still fit when I lose all my weight. So maybe that was my reward for this week and next week will be the facial.


Kim85E- Start Weight kg - 79.8kg Wk 3. 77kgTotal Loss 3.8
Goals: Stick to the programme 100%!! I've got 19.8kgs to go and it would be great to lose another 10kg in 6 weeks because i'll just be in the 60's which isn't far off from my goal weight. I want to look at wedding dress's during the 6 weeks and be able to find the dress or potential dresses that are going to look gorgeous in my new looking body and being that 10kg lighter will just make finding that dress easier because i can have a glimpse of what i am going to look like on my special day.
Rewards: Order my wedding dress in a size that i am going to be comfortable with because i don't want too many alterations


Diane - Start weight 81.5kgs Week 3. 77.8 Total loss: 3.7kg
Goals: To be well and truly into the low 70's a whisker away from the 60's
Rewards: To be not far away from reaching my goal weight so that we can book my reward holiday of my choice, a gift from my husband

Carieanne_c - Start Weight 72.6kg Week 3 69.4kg Total Loss - 3.2kg
Goals: Get into refeed as fast as poss.
Rewards: New clothes


Julie - Start Weight kg 91.2 Week 3. 85.8 1.2 kg Total loss: 5.4
Goals: I would love to be into the early 80's maybe late 70's. Be at least a size down in my jeans.
Rewards: a new dress I havent worn one in about 15 years.

Rach77 - Start Weight 90.5kgs Week 3. 87.5kgs Total loss: 3kgs
Goals: To be in the 70's. Even 79.9 will do.
Rewards: Some new clothes. I haven't really had anything new yet.

Hannah - Start Weight kg 93.5Week 2 - 91.2kgs
Total loss: 2.3
Goals: To have finished the program by christmas, off the refeed and looking fabulous!
Rewards: What else but a shopping trip!


Tough-Love - Start Weight 84kg Week 2. 82kgs
Total loss: 2kgs
Goal = In the short term... To be in the high 70's when I go away skiing at the end of the month. 6 week goal to be in the low 70's!
Reward = Just seeing the scales in the 70's will be reward enough!

Shazza - Start Weight 105
Week 2. 103.0
Total loss: 2

Goals: Well wouldn't 95kg be awesome
Rewards: Mmm this needs some serious thinking. Not sure what to give myself.


LynneeL Start Weight 86.9kg Week 2. 85kg
Total loss: 1.9kgs
Goal = To be close to 80kg by the time I go to Darwin
Reward = To look ok in shorts in Darwin


Maria - Start Weight kg 81.7kg Wk 2 - not weighing BUT slowly but surely I am getting my head around things and without disappionting you all I am planning to catch up by the end of this 6 week challenge!
Goals: My other goal is to take it one day at a time and deal with accepting that I have to use the tools that I am learning and have learnt with Cohens and put them into practise...A major goal would be to be deviation free for a whole week... So will report back next monday
Rewards: A weekend away and a health resort and a proper day of pampering and shopping at Chadstone.

Week 4 weight loss was 1.7kG. Weight as of this morning 27/7/09 was 107.1. Total weight loss is 7 kgs.
