Week Eight update for me!
Goal: 12 kilos... Which would take me to my original start of refeed weight (66.3)! Week One 4th September: 78.3 Week Two 11th September: 77.3 (-1 kilo) Week Three 18th September: 76.4 (- .9 kilos) Week Four 25th September: 75.3 (-1.1 kilos) Week Five 2nd October: 74.8 (.5 kilos) Week Six 9th October: 74.1 (.7 kilos) Week Seven 16th October: 72.5 (1.6 kilos) Week Eight 23rd October: 71.8 (.7 kilos) Total loss: 6.5 Left to go: 5.5 Eek, slow week... Fingies crossed I can make it!!

Cautiously optimistic face today....
Spring Challenge Start Weight (2nd Sept): 61.0kgs Goal: Lose 9 kilos (52.0) Week 1 (9th September): 60.2kg (-0.80) Week 2 (16th September): 59.6 (-0.60) Week 3 (23rd September): 58.2 (-1.4) Week 4 (30th September): 58.2 (-0.0) Week 5million (7th October): 57.4 (-0.80) Week 6million (14th October): 56.6 (-0.80) Week 7million (21st October): 56.0 (-0.60) Week 8million (28th October): 54.8 (-1.2) 2.8?kg to go! So finally a good loss - it has been more than a month (!!!), and I am hoping it is due to the lemon drink I started on Tuesday or Wednesday. Yesterday and today I have sacrificed both my fruit portions to the lemon drink. I kinda feel bad for the oranges and apples I bought on Thursday when I was still eating one other portion of fruit, they are sitting there sad and alone..... |

Ahh bugger Mcbell - your body really doesn't want to give up much weight at the moment does it? It must be very frustrating for you! Keep on keeping on - you must be so close to refeed weight now. Maybe it needs to do refeed to give itself a little kick in the pants?
