Newloser - thanks, you are nearly there!! Just keep going.

Thanks Carrieanne, it was fab.

Hi Flamie, it ended up being 2kg, you see, that is why we should not weight weekly. But I am very happy as I have never lost 2kg in a week, except in the beginning. Your ticker looks great by the way!! You are nearly there.

Nice party outfit so chic! Party room looks nice -are you guys allowed to use those big heaters inside? Here only outside! Now you can be in the "No deviator Hall of Fame", just like that chicky who is going to get married and not have a wedding toast or Food. Very Admirable! Less than 10 to go !Rock on roxxy!!!

Yip carrieanne, we are allowed to use them inside, thank goodness, because it was freezing on Saturday night and it warmed the whole hall up!! Thanks for the kind words. I loved your cat book. Really interesting.

Thanks Nam, we also loved the cake ........

Hi Julie, thanks for popping into my diary and checking out my photos. Yes, I had the cake made as I am not a baking lady.....there was still some left and yesterday I nearly ate a piece, but luckily I did not. Can't wait to get to refeed and maintenance. I only have about 9 weeks to go then I should be a 70kg. I have decided that is what I want to weigh. They gave me 68kg but I think I weighed that last in primary school. Your ticker is looking great!! Keep it up.

Uhmmm...Foxy Roxy - I am sorry for taking over here, but I wanted to ask...how do they calculate your goal weight? Or is that a state secret?

STAY AWAY from the cake...put your hands where I can see them. You are doing so well chicken. Nah - I know you have the willpower of Oh....I dunno...WonderWoman?
Well done!

Hi Nam

No I don't think it is a state secret. They take your height and your shoe size and age and according to that they work out your goal weight. Mine was 68kg, which I last weighed in primary school . I will be happy if I can get to 70kg but if I can make 68kg then I will try. It is also not cast in stone. You will see when you get close to refeed your body will tell you when you are ready. You apparently get very hungry, like you could eat a horse hungry, between meals and have bad backache and get moody, OMG, sounds like some kind of torture from the dark ages :-0, but those are the signes. Some people start a few kilos before they reach the weight Dr Cohen gave them. Okay, you asked me a simple question and I just wrote a book, neem net altyd oor die ekke!!

It was really hard to stay away from the cake. Inside was a sponge cake, my fav, with a kind of cream caramel icing inbetween, also my fav.....so yeah, hard but I managed. I just kept telling myself that I looked like I looked from stuffing myself with cakes and sweets and it is not worth it....sooo noooo, not wonder woman, just had to keep talking to myself!! I must admit on Monday I nearly ate a piece. It was sooooooo close. Soos hulle in Afrikaans se, so naby maar tog so ver!!

Hey Roxy,

Aren't you glad that your head rules your heart instead of the other way around? The temptation was great but your determination is even greater to stay away from the cake! I'm currently pretty tempted by the smell from the confectionary. I'm definitely staying away from that place till I'm given the green light to eat something from there - hopefully in a month's time. You too gal, hope to be at refeedland together.

Hi Roxy-Now I have heard everything-Creamy Boobie Cake!Wild women Just Wild!, Thanx for liking my reading, Thats funny that you were a 68kg by Cohen - I was a 69er(hee hee I said 69) but that calculator thing on the web said 60k for me which would be way too less so that is why I wanted 65K.

Thanks for the encouraging words Flamie. I checked out your photos and you look really stunning!

Big hugs to you and Belle as well Nam, and your mom! I think you must sell that big ass TV and buy a camera...dying to see what you look like.

Oh yeah carrieanne, creamy bobbies....and you may say 69 as much as you like.....yip, she just said 68kg and did not give me a range like most have. Will ask when I go and weigh again but she always pi&&es me off when she says I should be losing more that I totally lose it and just leave!! Will try and be a good little girl next time and just smile and ask ..........

Today I have sales training from 9 - 3....booooring....and my boss went shopping at woolworths yesterday so you can be assured there will be lots of cake and nice goodies.....ag anyway, whatever makes her happy!

I won't be chatting further today but will catch up tomorrow. Hope you all have a stunning cohen day and all stay as sweet as you are!

Good luck for your training may the time fly.

My work just bought a filter coffee machine... I didn't used to drink black coffee... but the filter coffee with sweetner is not that bad

Hi Roxy,

Love the cake. My hubby had boobies cake for his 21st. Well done for resisting the temptation.

If you google ideal weight calculator you will come across thousands. Some only want your height but some ask for height and shoe size like cohens. I did a few of them and got the same result as what cohens have told me. I think some were a kilo up or down. Thought this might help to give you a better idea of where you are headed.

You are looking great, keep up the good work.

Rach

Thanks everyone for popping into my diary. I managed to survive the training....as mentioned I had my party outfit on to remind me why I don't eat all the nice goodies my boss had on display again....she used my computer for the presentation and I have a photo of myself and my partner on that we took at the party....guess what she says.....oh look everybody, she is wearing the same clothes!! WT????? I was actually quiet embaressed but one of my friends jumped right in and said, but isn't she looking stunning....so yeah for friends as I felt a bit better. It is not that a person expects everyone to say you look nice but I think that was nasty. So this morning she asked me for my diet, so I delightfully said no. I told her I had signed a form to say that I may not give this diet to anybody and if she wanted to join she can go on the website and find a clinic near her. Silly bloody woman!

Yip carrieanne, I agree, leave the clinics at the clinic ......I just go and weigh and that is that....

I did not take my 16 week photos last week and will take them this weekend. I don't feel as if I have lost much this week. Will have to wait and see tomorrow. Still deviation free but finding it harder now as I near goal weight. Not hard to follow the diet but craving things that I am not allowed to have like potatoes, spices, corn etc. Last night my partner ate a packet of chips in bed and I was sooooo craving them, but just took a smell and was satisfied!!

Thanks Rach77 for the nice compliments. Will visit your diary now. Hope everyone has a stunning weekend and keep warm and be good little boys and girls and may the BOKKE win again tomorrow!!!! Cheers

Roxy, well done you!! You are getting so close to refeed how exciting!!

Your pics look fantastic, and it sure looks like you had a good time, you can tell 'cause of that killer smile!!

Not so sure about the bokkie win though, had a chat to the lads and they know it would be social death for me here, so they are not going to let me down!!

Have a great weekend...
