New to Forum...

Hello there!

Im new to this forum but have been on Cohen's for 9 weeks so far.

I lost most of my weight in the first month..the past month has been a bit of a struggle.

Getting lots of tips and ideas from this forum however...

Your all inspirational!

Hey Pandora,

Thanks. I really havent been that great the past few weeks. I have been sticking to it for a day or so..then coming off for a few days then returning etc...bad bad cycle. Back on it now for a full week and counting.

Its been a huge change in my body and people are definitely starting to notice now..How do you guys out there stay motivated when your finally fitting into all the old clothes you thought you never would etc..BECAUSE I have found thats made me get a bit slack - I think I need to go out there and buy something in a smaller size so that I can be inspired to continue.

What do you guys out there do for times like that?

exactly that apparently- the girls all become shopaholics
most of us blokes dont have old clothes to fit into so - all mine are currently vinnies boutique
