Frozen Meals
I am about to go in hospital for some surgery and would like to know what recipes you have made and frozen.... I bulk buy my chicken mince/turkey mince on Sundays and make up my meat dishes for the week so when i come home from work i just reheat my meat and fry my veggie allowance (these i put in zip lock bags ready to go. I am highly organized (well i like to think so this time my dilemma is i am having someone come look after me and my children and i want my meals still, even if i have to freeze prior do you have any suggestions , I have had this person here for the last week andnot one on what i want came to me except my morning tea and afternoon tea fruit and cracker .......so i was looking at breaksfast lunch and dinner for approx two weeks, as i am on full bed rest do you have any ideas of what would work best....... thanking you heaps in advance for ideas sharon.fenlon@hotmal..com |
