Red face Starting again

Hi all. I did Cohens a few years ago with great success but I stopped just short of my goal weight and didn't do the refeed. Now 4 years on my weight has crept back up and I feel yuk.

Really want to feel as good as I did last time, not just losing weight but feeling healthy and alive. So day 1 begins today. I have 30kgs to shift but I know I can and I hope this forum will support me in my journey.

Hi Hayles, welcome back to Cohen's. You'll love the support here on the forum. It's a great place to be.
There are many who seem to get close to refeed, don't complete it and end up with the weight creeping back - out of interest was there any reason you didnt do the refeed part of the program?
Hopefully this time your weight will stablise nicely after refeed and you'll be feeling great for years to come.
Have you got yourself a new program or trying the old one?
Good luck!

Hi claireybell, last time I got to within a couple of kilos of my goal weight and felt I didn't want to go any further as my face was looking a bit thin. I got the refeed program but just never went to the effort of doing it. I was so excited to be in my healthy weight range for the first time and didn't plan on how I would keep the weight off long term. Thus 4 years later I am back where I started. So time to do it properly and see it through. I know it worked last time and I felt fantastic so here I go.
I am using my old plan and starting fresh. On my way!!!!
