Grilled Pepper Steak Apple Stuffing
Ingredients: All from your allowance Steak Apple 1/3 Green Pepper Mushroom Zuchini Onion Cilantro salt and herb to taste Cut meat with scissors in tiny pieces. Cook in high heat, adding water once in a while, so the meat does not stick. Cut mushroom, zuchini, onion and cilantro in very small pieces, add to the steak, cook for another minute or so. Take out of heat and add salt and herbs. Cut apple with skin in squares pieces and mix to cooked items. Take your green pepper, spray buttom with non-stick spray and put on a foil paper. Add all ingredients inside the pepper, some will over flow on foil. Cover all with foil and grill on high heat BBQ for 20-25 minutes. Take the green pepper out the foil for the last 5 minutes and put directly on grill, this will give it a nice BBQ color and change the taste a bit (still leaving the over flow veggies on the foil). Put the stuff green pepper on a plate, poor over all the veggies that were left in the foil. Yummy for my tummy!
