My Story- In
My name is Inica, or In for short :P I'm about to start the cohens lifestyle change, I say lifestyle change, because thats what it is. A little about me. I'm 28. Alot of things have happened in my life, and not to get sympathy or a sorry you conversation going; but i wanted to give a little back ground. - I was a fit energetic 17-18 year old hairdresser.I would live doing sport, and exciting things. I used to absail, motorbike ride, horseride, rock climb and do at least 3 sports a season. plus work at least 45 hrs a week. I was 54kg, but healthy fit look, not skinny. In the year 1998 month of july i had a major car accident, breaking my back. (crushed T8 vertebra, ribs, diaphram, sterum, spleen) etc. etc. I was told i wouldn't walk again. To then be told a week later, well, sure you can- IF you can handle the pain. I got up and got moving. - Had Nose Cancer and cervical Cancer. (still on going thing there- NOTE: get checked and have paps! ) - Married for 5 years to childhod sweet heart. A eautiful little boy 2 1/2 years old ( a blessing) though the little monster is always in pain. Reflux and bowl problems due to being a premie baby. AND therefore up and down ALL night, everynight. (which then kills the back, which then stops me doing things) I'm now a Beauty Therapist and had enough. I know about food healthy living etc. But with having had depression, weight issues, inmobile other than work and my son. I have lost me. Me as a person and it's time to take control. so Cohens it is....Next week. I weigh at least 113Kg.(last check, so here or there) I'm around 172cm tall. I need to do something.... So look for my Diary.... |

Diana & In,
Welcome to the NewYou Forum. You will both find all you need to be successful right here on these pages. Countless journeys has been documented and still being updated from the first day to daily living after completion of the entire program. All of our trials & tribulations are here as well as all the encouragement you could possibly want. Everybody on this site is either going through what you are going through now or recently done so. Our lives are here in order to help us see ourselves go through the most amazing transformation of our lives thanks the the good Doctor. In, even with all that you have been through, if the Doctor has accepted you for the program, it means that he sees no reason why you cannot complete it successfully. Therefore it would be all systems go. Both of you should start diaries and track yourselves through this journey and in gaining wisdom as you go, help us to help others in going the same process. Each of us here has learned considerable about our bodies and food and emotions. Get ready for the ride of your life! The "NEW" Stallion SMS
